Routing slips straight from the order
Orders had to be retyped and routing slips created by hand. Our solution detects incoming orders automatically, generates the routing slip including a barcode, and files it away.

Product images without a photo shoot
Product photography with models and poses is expensive and slow. We built a pipeline: upload a photo of a garment, AI creates the description and hero images, and from there all further poses run automatically, all the way to the finished product image.

Margin early-warning system
Creeping material-price drift was eating into margins unnoticed. Each week we pull the component price history from the legacy ERP, map component → assembly → customer, calculate the € margin loss against open order quantities, and automatically send a Monday email to management and controlling.

Production planning in one click
Complex planning with color sequences, material transitions, and scrap ran entirely by hand. We captured the production manager's domain logic, moved ERP data into a dedicated database, built a demand forecast from the sales history, and developed a web app with one-click planning plus a Gantt chart — bidirectionally connected to the ERP.

Real-time shop-floor analytics
There was no transparent view of production and sales: per employee, warehouse, and shift. We connected the central ERP via API, modeled target/actual as well as shift output, and visualized everything in Metabase — as a live screen right on the production floor.

Setup optimization with NC parsing
Order sequencing and setup ran on gut feeling. We parse ERP orders and NC programs (tools, machining times), maintain a tool and machine database, and optimize the sequence algorithmically — either for maximum utilization or minimum setup time.

Workflow tool for End-of-Production
The end-of-production process involved 35 tasks across several employees, hard to track and error-prone. We built a multi-user tool with auth and roles: task assignment via email, dependency and gating logic, comments, activity log, deadlines, and progress tracking.
